Faith of unity celebrates 44 years after Owobusobozi Bisaka’s first healing

NEWS- Followers of the faith of unity have marked 44 years when Owobusobozi Bisaka healed the first person. Bisaka healed a sick young girl on 22 February, 1980 marking the beginning of his healing ministry and cult.

She had been reportedly bewitched. The celebrations were held at Kyaruboija playgrounds, Kapyemi headquarters in Muhorro Town Council Kagadi district.

Officiating at the function, Hajjat Uzeiye Hadijah Namyalo Manager of the office of the national chairman NRM asked the faith of unity followers (Abaikiriza) to initiate income generating projects to improve on their household incomes.

She further urged the Baikikiriza to embrace government poverty eradication programs like Emyooga, PDM and youth skilling programs initiated by the office of the president to enhance development.

Namyaro condemned acts of sectarianism and religious divisionism but called for united efforts against poverty noting that development does not segregate religion and tribes.

She maintained government efforts of empowering Ugandans especially Bazukulu out of poverty through enrolling them in the established regional industrial hubs that provide youth with vocational skills.

Under the presidential initiative, youth are trained and given wealth creation tools to startup self employment.

Meanwhile in his summon, the Faith of Unity leader Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka commended the Sitting NRM government for freedom of worship and its overwhelming love towards their faith.

He also lauded the civil servants for their good working relations with the faith of unity noting that the government workers including security operatives have always given them good services whenever approached for help.

Owobusobozi Bisaka further implored his followers to embrace commercial agriculture to boost food security in the faith of unity families.
