Bishop Comboni College Old Students Association has successfully conducted elections for the new Executive Committee during the Extraordinary General Assembly held at Aero Beach in Entebbe.
The election exercise was presided over by Bishop Comboni Vice Chairperson of the College’s Board of Governors Boniface Azairwe and witnessed by the Headteacher Bro Innocent Katushabe.
The newly elected Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term include Hon Dr. Sylvia Alinaitwe Tumuheirwe as the Chairperson and is Deputised by Deus Nkwasibwe while the Treasurer is Hon Jacqueline Kyatuhaire, Deputised by Patrick Busingye.
During the same event, Sadiikk Adams was elected the General Secretary and is Deputised by Hajjati Jazila Nakasanga while Dr Joseph Tumwebaze was elected the Projects and Resource Mobilization Officer to he Deputised by Shine Bone and Martin Masesane.
Others on the Committee include Happy Mbabazi for Welfare Deputised by Joseph Okoth while Martin Ayebare Mateja is for publicity Deputised by Turinawe Allan Kawindi and Salim Katumba is in Charge of Higher Institutions of Learning andvis Deputised by MsTracy Shallot.
During the meeting, the members congratulated the former Executive Committee led by Dr Spero Byokunda for their contributions to Bishop Comboni College Kambuga Old Students Association and the Comboni family.
