The ruling NRM First National Vice Chairman, Alhajji Moses Kigongo and the Party Secretary General Hon Richard Todwong yesterday held a meeting with the newly elected district, city, and municipality chairpersons.
The party leaders, flanked by the party Vice Chairman in charge of the Western Region and the ICT Minister, Hon Chris Baryomunsi, congratulated the group for taking the leadership to steer the ruling party forward.
While addressing the chairpersons in a three-day meeting under the theme, Strengthening leadership and accountability for enhanced service” Alhajji Kigongo urged the leaders always to be flexible no matter the situation adding that if there is a need to change tactics to achieve a certain goal, they should do that.
The meeting took place at Hotel Africana in Kampala and was attended by all newly elected District NRM Chairpersons from all over the country.
