The Bishop of the Diocese of Kinkizi Rt Rev Dan Zoreka, yesterday confirmed 42 Christians into the Anglican faith at St. Paul’s church of Uganda Nyakashure in Nyamirama Archdeaconry Diocese of Kinkiizi.

This was during the farewell service that was held at the at St. Paul’s Nyakashure COU where he expressed joy to find that a person who once served at they church was later selected to be a Bishop and is now honourably retiring his service.

Bishop Zoreka served at Nyakashure COU in the year 1996-1997 as Lay Reader (Omubuurizi) before even being trained as a Priest and in his message, the Bishop described how God created man in a special design in his own Image and commissioned man to continue God’s work.

Picking his message from ecclesiastics 9:10, the Bishop who was accompanied by his wife Maama Florah, encouraged Christians to use all their energy in whatever they do saying that Christians needs to have basic needs such as food and this should be worked for.

He further more encouraged Christian to use what they have for better life and desist from bad characters such as such as drunkenness and fornication which may end up making Christian poor again.
