Bishop Dan Zoreka commissioning a 4 classroom block at Nyakinoni Primary School

Then Bishop of the Diocese of Kinkizi Rt Rev Dan Zoreka, yesterday confirmed 61 Christians into the Anglican faith at St Peters Church of Uganda Nyakinoni during his farewell visit.

The service started with commissioning a 4 classroom block at Nyakinoni Primary School which was constructed with support from old students.

While commissioning the same building commended people who generously contributed to the construction of the same structure, he also thanked the supervisors of the construction and  further said that the building will serve the current and the generation to come.

He also commissioned the plating of trees in the archdeaconry by planting 3 trees in the same school which continues the campaign of planting 15million trees in the church of Uganda ahead of 150 years of her existence.

In his sermon to Christians Bishop Zorekawho was accompanied by his wife Maama Florah, got a message from Psalms 100, and reminded Christians that they are God’s people and he is the one who takes care of their needs.

He further encouraged Christians to follow the three-fold ministry of Jesus of preaching, teaching and healing and further encouraged Christians to continue working hard in whatever they do as this is what God wants them to do.
