They say they have landed into a move by parliament’s administration that their MPs who have been awarded a trip to dodge this debate thus calling them back not to lessen this fight against alleged corruption in Parliament.

He says the trip is aimed at weakening the debate by MPs absenting themselves to participate in the debate to censure the 4 Commissioners.

Sekikubo has asked the voters to compel their MPs to appear at parliament to debate on the one of the matters that has paralyzed service delivery in the country.

The MPs also didn’t have kind on the Parliaments regional sittings, they say this is a waste of taxpayers’ money, they wonder what kind of debate parliament is taking to these regions that has never been discussed in parliament.

It should be noted that Parliament has budgeted to spend Ugx 20Bn for exercise with each regional sitting reportedly costing Shs5b. Gulu City will on August 29 and 30 host the first regional parliamentary sitting at the Kaunda Grounds in Bardege-Layibi Division. Other sittings will be held in the eastern, central, and western regions.

Sekikubo together with censure motion supporter Alion Odria, the Aringa South County MP say this money is very exorbitant, they asked the voters not take these debates issues because there is nothing good out of them.
