NEWS- NEWS- The Chief Political Commissar (CPC) of the Uganda Police, Senior Commissioner of Police (SCP) Bamunoba Ubaldo has conveyed a message of ideological and attitudinal change to the Mt. Moroto region.
This message was delivered on Thursday 22nd August 2024 during his needs assessment tour where he emphasized four key pillars of ideological orientation that is democracy, patriotism, Pan-Africanism, and socio-economic transformation.

SCP Ubaldo urged regional commanders to uphold discipline, promote positive work ethics and strengthen Police-Public relations as essential for effective policing.
He highlighted the necessity of professionalism, adherence to human rights, and accountability for violations, while encouraging supportive leadership among commanders.
