Hon Rutahigwa handing over iron sheets on Easter Sunday

NEWS- The Rukungiri Municipality legislator Hon Dr Elisa Rutahigwa has donated 150 sembule iron sheets worth 6.7 million to roof Kahororo church of Uganda in Western Division Rukungiri municipality.

The same day He derived other 60 iron sheets worth 1.6 to roof Kahororo primary school staff quarters as one way to uplift the school standards especially for teachers who come from far places.

Hon Rutahigwa while delivering his donations to Kahororo church of Uganda on Easter Sunday asked Christian to pray for them especially in these days as they clock Election time.

He advised people to vote wisely the person who delivers and fulfills his pledges in time because some always come during electioneering period, promise heaven and earth, disappear thereafter voting them into power.

Ven. Geoffrey Mutabazi the retired Archdeacon while delivering an Easter sermon, he asked Ugandans to engage in free, fare and peaceful elections which will enable them choose wise and God fearing leaders in the coming elections.

Wilberforce Tugeineyo, the head of laity at Kahororo church of Uganda and Nafutali Musinguzi, the Head teacher  Kahororo primary school expressed gratitude to Hon Rutahigwa for the generous donation of all Ironsheets and delivering them in time not like other people who pledge and fail to deliver .
