The High Court in Kampala has deferred to February 26th, 2026, a ruling to determine whether five suspects accused of murdering Kampala businessman Henry Katanga have a case to answer.
The ruling was expected today before Justice Rosette Comfort Kania, but court was informed that the decision is not yet ready.
Prosecution, led by Jonathan Muwaganya, closed its case on December 2nd, 2025 after calling 25 witnesses.

While her two daughters Martha Nkwanzi, Patricia Kakwanzi, family shamba boy George Amanyire and a male nursing officer Charles Otai are charged with being accessory after the crime and destroying evidence.
