NEWS– President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who is also the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces has promoted a total of 918 Uganda Peoples Defence Forces of various ranks.
According to a statement dated today July 10th 2024 and signed by the Director of Defence Public Information Brig Gen Felix Kulayigye, those promoted include 5 Brigadiers, 3 Colonels, 15 Colonels, 3 Acting Colonels and 10 Acting Lieutenant Colonels.
