NEWS– All S.6 students at the mbarara city based famous Mbarara High school “THE BULLS” have been suspended over misconduct.
In a signed and stamped letter dated 11th June 2024 directed to all S.6 parents and guardians , Mr. Hamm Ahimbisibwe the headteacher Mbarara High school fired all S.6 students accusing them of bullying their fellows learners and damaging school property.
Ahimbisibwe explained that bullying and damaging school property violates school rules number 5 and 17 respectively.
“This is to inform you that S.6 students have been suspended from school for bullying fellow students and damaging school property contrary to school rules number 5 and 17 ” part of the letter read.
The Headteacher directed parents and guardians to accompany their sons back to school on Thursday 11th July 2024 at 11:00am.
According to Ahimbisibwe, parents will on arrival receive the Board of Governors’ final decision regarding the conduct of their sons.
He added that parents and guardians will receive updates on the requirements for reporting back to school on the foretold date.
Meanwhile, Mr. Ahimbisibwe requested parents and guardians to advise their sons to behave responsibly in the society.
It should be remembered that being long, full of scorching sunshine and other unidentified factors, second term has always been characterized by strikes in different secondary schools in Uganda.
