NEWS- The Ministry of Education and Sports Department of Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) has issued a registration to Kinkizi Stewards College as a private TVET provider.
According to the Registration Certificate Number TVET/03/P24034, dated 1st June 2024, Kinkizi Stewards College has been categorized as a Private Vocational Training Institute.
Kinkizi Stewards College which is under the Stewards of Hope institutions is located in Kihihi Town Council and was opened to students early this year.
The College which now has enrollment of over 300 students has been approved to offer training and examine the students in Accounting and Finance, Secretarial and Office Management, Records and Information Management, Library and Information Management, Journalism and Media Studies, Public Administration and Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Social Work and Social Administration, Agriculture and Information Communications Technology.
According to the Executive Director of Stewards of Hope, Honest Wilkins Natukwasa, the College which is strategically located in Kanungu District will be able to examine students offering both Certificate and Diploma.
