Ugandan rapper Mun G is mourning the death of his brother, Matovu Henry, due to Heart complications, Boom Uganda has learnt.
The grieving and emotional rapper, through his socials, has announced to the world how his brother, Matovu Henry, aka Muzeeyi, had passed away while undergoing surgery in the United States.
The deceased breathed his last in Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in California following complications related to heart surgery.
“It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my brother, my buddy, and confidant Matovu Henry aka Muzeeyi aka Kevo who passed on yesterday at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in California due to complications from a heart surgery,” Mun G shared through his socials.
Despite him and the family being downed by the tragic incident, the rapper has expressed his gratitude for the efforts made by medical staff during the procedure.
“I am broken, my whole family is shattered, but we know you fought a good fight, and the doctors did all they could.
Mun G also referenced scripture in his tribute, quoting Job 1:21: “The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away,” as he asked for mercy for his late brother.
