The government has directed the restoration and implementation of the trade order enforcement in the city centre and all local governments.
This is after the trade order enforcement that was started in February by KCCA and in March by local governments was suspended by parliament, after cries from the public on how it was handled.
The trade order is intended to restore an orderly business environment in cities and local governments.
Now minister of local government Rafael Magezi says the cabinet that sat yesterday at entebbe agreed and resolved that the implementation of the trade order should continue as earlier planned.
Magyezi adds that as the ministry of local government they are going to strengthen the implementation of this policy.
