NEWS- In a bid to enhance financial literacy among Police Officers, Exodus SACCO conducted a comprehensive training session for officers from Bukedi North regional Police headquarters and Butebo police station.

The engagement session led by ASP Arnold Male and ASP Waiswa Julius with support from SSP Muchuguzi Jackson and IP Asasira Breda covered the benefits and practical applications of Exodus SACCO’s services.

Police officers were also handed an opportunity to learn about the SACCO’s vision, history, structure, growth, and commitment to supporting members’ financial well-being.

The training emphasized the importance of adopting a saving culture and utilizing affordable loans to set up projects that supplement their salaries.

SSP Muchuguzi encouraged officers to take advantage of Exodus SACCO’s services to secure their financial future and prepare for retirement.

Through the training, officers gained valuable insights into managing their finances effectively, making informed decisions about their financial resources, and building a secure future.

Over 1000 shares were sold and while a good number of officers increased their savings.
