The Political season in Uganda is currently raising dust with the National Resistance Movement NRM set to hold their party Primary elections for the Parliamentarians set for July 16th 2025.
The area to watch as candidates drum support is Kibale County East. Here, the new entrant Chrispas Mugisha Asiimwe is giving the incumbent legislator and Security Minister of Agriculture Animal Husbandry and Fisheries MAAIF Frank Kagyigyi Tumwebaze sleepless nights.
The Minister’s pressure emanates from the ever increasing support Mugisha Chrispas gains every day that goes by.
Mugisha who was dully nominated days ago is set to hold a mega Campaign launch on Monday June 30th 2025 at Kampala Bigyera Hill that will enlighten the electorates love for this incoming and promising legislator.
The launch will be headlined by Peace Mbabazi Kyamukongwire, Tindatine hit maker Lady Mariam Namukasa, Alex Karitundu, Moses Bonde among others.
The event is set to mark Chrispas Asiimwe’s platform to unleash his manifesto to the people of Kibale County East whom he intends to represent.
The love for Chrispas Mugisha Asiimwe originates from the love he has shown to the constituents given the numerous developments he has done for them even before going to Parliament.

Additionally, he has provided ultrasound scans and scanners to numerous health units, ensuring that essential diagnostic services are available, especially for pregnant women.
