LUWEERO– President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has disclosed that Uganda’s diplomatic relations with the Netherlands are showing great promise in terms of collaboration to address important issues.
President Museveni who is in Greater Luwero to assess the implementation of the Parish Development Model yesterday held a meeting a delegation from De Heus, a Netherlands company that is investing in and enhancing our agro-processing efforts.
The President noted that by establishing factories for fish, poultry, and livestock feed, their estimated investment of 49 million Euros not only boosts our economy but also helps us address environmental pressures.
The President said that he was pleased to hear that the Netherlands are committed to maintaining the integrity of our culture and ensuring animal health through differentiated feed composition for various animals.
