KAMPLA- The Prime Minister Rt. Hon. Robinah Nabbanja has reiterated government’s commitment to solve all challenges affecting ICT and innovation in the country.
Prime Minister Nabbanja made the remarks yesterday while speaking at the official opening of the 3rd National ICT Job Fair 2024 organized by the Ministry of ICT, in partnership with Huawei Technologies Uganda at the National ICT Innovation Hub, Nakawa in Kampala.
This annual event, aims to bridge the gap between Uganda’s rapidly growing ICT sector and its talented youth, providing a platform for networking, skills development and job opportunities, and it is being held under the theme “Shaping Uganda’s Digital Future: Bridging Skills, Innovation and Opportunity”.
The ICT Job Fair is hosting a series of interactive activities tgat include Employer Booths where attendees are directly meeting and engaging with leading Ugandan institutions in the ICT industry offering jobs, internships and training.
