Twikirize, a resident of Rugarama Cell, Nyamuronze ward, Katuna Town Council, Kabale District, approached MP Ndamira for help, and she promised to support him with an Above-Knee (A.K) prosthetic leg and Below-Elbow arm prosthetic.

He has appealed to well-wishers to assist him, as he is now unable to pay school fees for his three children: two girls in Primary One (P1) and a boy in Nursery school.

Kiwanuka Laury, an Orthopedic Technician, has taken measurements for the prosthetics, which will be ready in two weeks. He also plans to find a modernized artificial arm to help Twikiirize perform daily tasks like eating.

Flugence Ayebare, also known as Fiti Fiti, secretary of the National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda (NUDPU) at Kabale Central Division, who represented Hon Atwakiire praised the MP for her dedication to serving all people, regardless of their tribe, religion, or status.”
