Rubanda District Council has today May 27th unanimously approved the names presented by Chairperson Ampeire Stephen Kasyaba for the Rubanda District General Hospital Board and the Health Unit Management Committee for Hamurwa.
The approved members for Rubanda District General Hospital Board include Dr Edward Muhigirwa as Chairperson, Turyagyenda Denis representing the workers, Kamusiime Allen representing the women, Babunkiza Charles representing the Elderly, the District Health Officer Dr Abdon Burungi, Mucunguzi Eli, Dr Bampabwire Godfrey, Ms Kyomugisha Sylvia and Asasira Messiah as Members.
On the other hand Hamurwa Health Center IV Management Committee will be chaired by Turyagyenda Peter and members include Sabiiti Teophil, Tumwesigye Jennifer, Tumwekwase Diinah and Kobuzigye Gorette.
Chairman Kasyaba asked the newly appointed Management and Board committee members to ensure that the health facilities they represent offer good services to the people without discrimination.
