KASESE- Rwenzori East region Police at Kasese District CPS are holding three suspects in custody on charges of murder by Assault.
Those in detention according to Rwenzori East Police Spokesman SP Nelson Tumushime are Musinguzi Brian, Emmanuel Alovis and Mbambu Brenda.
The trio is alleged to have murdered Mugisa Stephen 18 while Kyamirika Clavin 16 is nursing serious injuries and is currently admitted at Mt. St. Mary’s Hospital in Kasese Municipality.
According to the eye witnesses, the said suspects assaulted the deceased with sticks, empty beer bottles in a Local Bar that caused his death.
This occurred in Kitoro Cell, Nyakasanga II, Nyamwamba Division in Kasese Municipality.
