SHEEMA – It was grief and tears on Saturday, January 13th 2024 as lightening struck 4 juveniles to death, injuring 4 others in Kitagata Town council, Sheema district.
The deceased juveniles are Akankunda Sheila 12, Mujuni Trevor 9, Nahabwe Confort 6 and Ainembabazi Lonet 5 years all grandchildren of Mzee Bintabara.
Sources intimated to this reporter that the were struck by lightening during the heavy downpour that started on Saturday 13th January 2024 afternoon.
Others who are admitted at Kitagata Hospital are Ayesiga Armstrong 5, Mugisha Mark 4 and Kekiijo Lilian with her child Sheila.
The Burial for the deceased person’s is Monday 15th January 2024 in Kitagata Marembo near Town council offices in Sheema district.
