The Embassy of the Republic of Uganda is inviting the people of Doha and the surrounding regions to join an enchanting evening dedicated to celebrating the rich culture, breathtaking landscapes, and vibrant tourism of Uganda—The Pearl of Africa, ” The Uganda Tourism and Cultural Expo” which will take place on Sunday, June 22, 2025, from at West Bay, Doha.
This comes as Uganda continues to position itself as a premier travel destination and are excited to showcase the unique experiences it has to offer.
Guests will enjoy a compelling destination showcase, an opportunity to network with Qatari travel agents, and a buffet dinner featuring an array of Ugandan delicacies.
According to the Event Organisers, a tentative Program will run from 7:00 PM with the arrival of guest and welcome entertainments by Ugandan Cultural Troupe .
There will be welcoming remarks by the Head of Mission after which there will be destination presentation: “Explore Uganda – The Pearl of Africa”.
The Cultural Performance by Ugandan Entertainment Group will continue followed by Cultural Performance by Ugandan Heritage Ensemble and wind up with Informal Networking
This event will not only promote Uganda’s rich heritage and natural beauty but also foster cultural exchange through engaging performances and discussions and attendees can look forward to networking opportunities and a chance to expand their travel portfolios with Uganda’s diverse offerings.
