The Traffic Police in Kanungu District are investigating circumstances surrounding the death of a man only known as Moses son of Kyomukama Wilex of Kameme Cell in Kibimbiri Parish in Kihihi Sub-county.
This comes after the deceased body, was found in water after his motorcycle reg no UFL906L was discovered with blood stains at Kiruruma bridge that boarders Matanda and Nyamirama.

Kigezi Regional Police Spokesman Elly Maate has confirmed the incident which is likely to have occurred at unknown time last night.
It is alleged that, the deceased has been a boda boda rider and he got two passengers to go to Rukungiri from Kihihi, only to be found in water yesterday morning.
Maate told journalists that the scene was visited and documented and the body was recovered and retrieved from the water and taken to Kihihi Health Centre IV Mortuary for postmortem examination and the motorcycle was packed at the Police Station pending Inspector of Vehicles inspection.
The bridge on Kiruruma river at Matanda – Kyentuhe in Kihihi Sub County is alleged to have been washed away on the 17th April due to heavy rainfall and it has not yet been re-constructed.
