The Police in Kisoro District have registered a fatal road crash which claimed the life of 30 year old Rukundo Justus, a resident of Kagorogoro village in Muhindura Parish Kanaba Sub-county who are was allegedly knocked to death and another one Hakizimana Martin, was injured.
Kigezi Regional Police Spokesman Elly Maate confirmed the accident and said that it took place at Mutolere along Mutolere Hospital road in Kisoro district and involved motorcycle registration number UMA 623HL and UDY 197D.
It’s alleged that, while motorcycle UDY 197D was from the direction of Kisoro town heading to Mutolere Hospital and there was a head on collision with motorcycle UMA 623HL which was being ridden by the deceased.
The scene was visited and documented by the traffic team, the victim was rushed to Mutolere Hospital and the body conveyed to Kisoro hospital mortuary for postmortem, as the two motorcycles involved are parked at Kisoro Central Police Station pending Inspector of Vehicles inspection.
In the same development, there was a Hit and Run fatal accident of an unidentified male adult pedestrian that happened at unknown time at Shozi village along Kabale Kisoro highway.

The Police visited the scene and the body was taken to Kisoro hospital mortuary where anybody missing the dear one should visit so that is identified and taken for a decent burial.
