The lifeless body of an unidentified man has been recovered from the sugarcane plantation in Kyanaikukura Lc1,Kicope parish in Isunga Sub- County in Kagadi district.
His body was this morning found hanged in a sugar cane plantation by residents who alerted local authorities and police to intervene.
The Kyanaikukura Lc1 chairman Emmanuel Sunday, says the body was found with injuries suspecting that the deceased was killed from elsewhere by assailants and they carried the body to his area and hanged it in the sugarcane plantation.
Sunday condemns the incident and warns residents against taking the law into their own hands.

Residents have condemned the incident also suspecting that the victim was killed elsewhere and the body carried to their area.
Police from Kagadi visited the scene and transported the body to Kagadi hospital mortuary for post-mortem examination.
The Kagadi District Police Commander SP Ameru Philemon who preferred to speak off record confirmed the incident and said efforts were underway to identify the body and trace for the relatives to pick it for decent burial.
He said those responsible for the crime will be apprehended as ongoing investigations continue.
