KAMPALA-The Igara West Member of Parliament Gaffa Mbwatemwa has told parliament that some students were conned money allegedly by the ONC Manager Hajjat Namyalo Uzeiye the Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs in the Office of the NRM National Chairman the in disguise of studying in Iran.

Mbwatemwa says there was an advert in the newspapers asking students to apply, adding that over 200 students each paid 800$ but only 100 were taken but to their surprise, the courses they applied for were not found in Iran.

The legislator pointed out that most of the students are now selling their bodies in Iraq because they have nothing to do in Iran because they were cheated.

The legislator however stressed that he managed to rescue him from there.  Bwanika says this is a serious matter which must be addressed.
