NEWS- The Ntungamo district Kadhi Sheikh Swalleh Kashangirwe has commended school stakeholders for championing top class graduation in government aided schools in order to suit the changing World.

In the message delivered by Ntungamo District Dawa sheikh Ashraf Mukibi during a Top class graduation of Maato Muslim primary school held in the school ‘s premises Ntungamo municipality, he acknowledged that such functions have been common in private schools but it is high time to be embraced in all schools.

Sheikh Mukiibi thanked the Ntungamo municipal council for supporting the school in all ways.

The secretary for education and sports at Uganda Muslim supreme council Imaani Nteyi implored parents to double their efforts to harness the education standards of their children.

He thanked the head teacher and staff for cooperation which has enabled the school to perform well in all spheres of education.

The headteacher Maato Muslim primary school Mununuura Bernards Kuribakanya hailed the nursery section and entire staff for enhancing and advocating for the first Top class graduation since the inception of the school.

He urged parents and well – wishers to support the top class graduation to motivate their children for higher levels.

Mununuura asked them to always visit and monitor their children at the school rather than waiting for such functions.

He thanked the deputy Turinawe Annah Muhairwe, staff and Ampeire Apofia teacher of Top class who presented 60 Top class pupils for graduation.

Other speakers were Leila Kyomuhendo representing SMC, Elizabeth Tumushabe PTA committee member, Sheikh Majidu Rwaboona and Adnan Lubega.

Later the school hosted all parents for a luncheon.
