NEWS- The police in Rubanda District are investigating circumstances surrounding the death of an unidentified male adult, whose body was found at Kamuterere village in Kakore Parish in Hamurwa Sub County.
Kigezi Regional Police Spokesman ASP Elly Maate told journalists today morning that the unidentified male adult is of between 30 and 40 years putting on old white canvas shoes, black trouser, black jacket and is black in colour with a gap in the upper jaw.
Maate said that a Boda boda rider at Hakakondogoro stage saw a male body along Kabale – Kisoro road and informed the Police yesterday evening and the scene was visited and documented by the Police and the body was taken Kabale Regional Referral Hospital Mortuary for Post-mortem examination.
Maate has since appealed to anyone missing the dear one to visit the Kabale Regional Referral Hospital Mortuary and help in the identification of the body and take it for a decent burial
Maate said that the case of murder was registered at Hamurwa Police Station under reference number SD 04/02/10/2024 to help in investigations.
