The Prime Minister Rt Hon Robinah Nabbanja yesterday evening delivered a lecture of opportunity to Senior Police officers undergoing a one year refresher course at the Police Senior command and Staff College Bwebajja.

The lecture was titled “Service with Patriotism; Upholding duty,discipline and democratic values.”

The Prime Minister was on arrival received by the college Commandant Dr Alungat Barbara and other senior members of staff.

Rt Hon Nabbanja urged the Senior Police officers to maintain discipline, respect the ethical code of conduct, and always stick to Uganda Police Force’s mission of securing people’s lives and property.

The college was established to build operational, strategic and specialized capabilities of the Uganda Police Force in order to meet the increasing security and crime challenges in the policing sector, locally and internationally.
