Bishop Zoreka Condemns Idle Christians

Then Bishop of the Diocese of Kinkizi Rt.Rev Dan Zoreka, has today confirmed 29 Christians among whom 19 were female and 11 males into the Anglican faith at Emmanuel Church of Uganda Burema in Kanyantorogo Sub-county 

The confirmation ceremony was part of Bishop Zoreka farewell tour that was held at the Burema Parish Centre which also serves as the Archdeaconry centre.

The visit to Emmanuel COU Burema, has becomes the second Parish in Kanyatorogo Archdeaconry to bid farewell to the Bishop after Kihembe as he continues to bid farewell to the entire Diocese ahead of his retirement in May next year.

While speaking to Christians Bishop Dan Zoreka condemned Christians who stay idle all day without any productive work and these have become wrong doers such as thieves and drunkard who have become a threat to communities where they live. 

The Bishop encouraged Christians to use the gift of life productively when they are still alive stating that once one dies, all his opportunities end there and further challenged parents to always use descent words while disciplining their children saying that some of the words spoken to children can turn into a blessing or a curse.
