NEWS- In a powerful moment of reconciliation, Pastor David Choda from Katakwi Christian Centre in Ocorimongin Town board, on Saturday afternoon publicly announced his support for the Minister of state for education and sports Hon. Peter Ogwang, recognising him as a key stakeholder who has the development of Ngariam County at heart.
Acknowledging the Minister’s unwavering efforts for the community, the pastor’s gesture marked a pivotal moment of healing and progress and warned a group of idlers who have been mixing his name with the one of the Minister to be in bad books.
Pastor David Choda who was leading a team of over 150 youth pledged their total support for the Minister as election nears.
The Minister who delivered his financial boost of over 20 million shillings to the village’s and associations of Ocorimongin Town board acknowledged the importance of working as a team for sustainable development.
Hon Ogwang urged Choda to organise the youth and other persons so that he could inject a sustainable project that will lift many persons.
Meanwhile the residents of the town board all applauded the reconciliation between the Minister and pastor Choda, outlining it as a new step of development to Ngariam.
