Senior Economist and Investor, Morrison Rwakakamba has become a true inspiration figure when it comes to farming.

Agriculture being the backbone of Uganda’s economy, Rwakakamba is consgnant and actively in mixed farming especially bananas and coffee farming.

He has since took to social media platforms to share his farm products and inspire those who want to join especially the young generation and is  calling on the young and resilient farmers to pick some knowledge from his banana farm and plantation.

“When it comes to bananas management — I want to compete with myself and hopefully pass on some knowledge to young and resilient farmers,” Morrison Rwakakamba shared.

Rwakakamba who is a revered economists and widely travelled both within and outside the country because of his placements in top management of public and private sector hopes that his venture into agriculture can inspire others especially the youth so that they get money value for their enterprises.

He said that he will also impart knowledge on value addition of all farm produce in order to attract increased income generation from the farm products.

Rwakakamba boosts of a progressive banana and coffee farm in his home area in Nyeibingo Parish in Kebisoni Sub County and Ikuniro village in Buhunga Sub County both in Rukungiri District where he hopes to turn them into training farm centers to impart modern farming methods to the residents.
