KAMPALA- Lawyers representing tik -toker Ibarahim Musana commonly known as Pressure 24/7 have asked Buganda Road Magistrates Court to withdraw charges of hate speech against him for want of prosecution.
Musana had appeared today for the hearing of his case before the Chief Magistrate Ronald Kayiizi, however Prosecution’s Ivan Kyazze informed Court that they were not ready to proceed with the hearing, saying they are still processing the forensic report and the CD’s with videos that they are intending to use in this case.
This purported his Lawyer led by KatoTumusiime to request for the dismissal of his case arguing that it has been overstayed in court since February 2024 without trial.
