Lay canon Tumusiime Kagimba giving testmony

NTUNGAMO- The bishop south Ankole diocese the Rt Rev Nathan Ahimbisibwe has called upon all church leaders to embrace and support projects aimed at equipping less privileged parishioners for social economic transformation.

Bishop Ahimbisibwe said on Wednesday during the launch of Bowamaani limited at St Luke’s church of Uganda Nkongooro Nyabihoko sub county Kajara county Ntungamo district.

Bishop flanked by Mama Lillian Ahimbisibwe hailed Lay canon Evah Kagimba for being visionary and determined to realize her dream through Bowamaani limited to eradicate poverty for sustainable development in the community.

He was assisted by Archdeacon Kitunga Ven Rev Canon Yoram Ntoreine.

Lay canon Tumusiime Evah Kagimba the founder of Bowamaani limited reminded all believers to always follow God’s instructions as the only way to fulfill God’s commandments.

Lay canon Kagimba revealed that she got God’s instructions through the dream to open a bank account for a charity organization for the needy in 2017.

He noted that through the dream, God instructed her to use the book of Deuteronomy 31:6 to change and support the less privileged people in the community under “Bowamaani limited”.

Lay canon Kagimba launched a book entitled “Faith and Actions” purposely to serve God’s people without discrimination as long as the needy people continue to live a happy life.

The Bowamaani limited is faith based charity organization and nonprofit making aimed at building hope and God given potential to transform less privileged people through working and walking with God.

She urged the general public, especially the rich, to advocate and support children without needs.

The assistant RDC Ntungamo Daniel Twakira Ntoreine asked the general public to engage in government programs for household income.

The lady councilor for Nyabihoko Sub County and Rwashamaire Town council Atuhaire Emily commended the work being done by the Canon Eva Kagimba and asked leaders to support the initiative.
