Chairman Kasyaba announced an additional fund of 800 million for further developments at Kibizigye Seed School, although he noted that the school will not be officially designated as a seed school until the government adds more structures.
The funeral Mass also featured remarks from local leaders, including former Rubanda District LC5 Chairperson Jogo Kenneth Biryabarema, who warned against division in the community ahead of the NRM primaries.
