She explained that President Museceni win with a high percentage of over 70% in the January 15th election is the first in the history of Uganda because the NRM manifesto was elaborate especially on infrastructural development, education and health, tourism, water and agriculture.
She said that the resounding presidential win was also attributed to the change in vote mobilisation strategy where the NRM Secretariat decided to use the party structures to reach out to the voters instead of district taskforce that was used in previous general elections and guaranteed security all over the region including the borderline all which facilitated a peaceful election.
While explaining the implementation of of the Parish Development Model, Hon Kyatuheire made it categorically clear that that the program has become a game changer although and it will transform Uganda since the money will go directly to the beneficiaries.
