NEWS– There was joy and excitement at Pearl Junior school Bushenyi as the School tops the region in the just released 2023 Primary Leaving Examinations results.
The PLE results that were released last week saw Pearl Junior School Bushenyi shine again.
The school that had 128 pupils that sat for Primary leaving examinations and 106 passed in division one as the rest 22 in division two.
Jasper Leny the school head teacher attributed the good performance to the commitment of teachers and pupils saying the school has for years been one the best in the region.
“For the past seven years now we have been the best in the region because my teachers have been so committed towards their work and above all our parents and directors were so supportive,” he said.
Leny thanked parents and all other stake holders for their contribution towards the success of the school.
“The school is not only performing excellently in academics but also in other areas like sports, debate, spelling competitions among others,” He said.
He added that the school also does Agricultural courtyard gardening, art and technology among other activities.
