Nabbanja and team inspecting Kampala Drainage channels

KAMPALA- The Prime Minister of Uganda Rt. Hon. Robinah Nabbanja together with several Ministers and KCCA technical officials have today conducted an inspection of some major roads under construction in Kampala.

The inspection is part of the government’s efforts to evaluate and improve the city’s road infrastructure and the findings from the tour will inform strategic decisions to enhance transportation efficiency for all road users.

The Prime Minister is accompanied by the Kampala Affairs Minister Hajjat Minsa Kabanda, Minister of State for Works state Hon Ecweru Musa, KCCA Executive Director Hajjati Sharifah Buzeki and a cross section of technical officials from both the Prime Minister office and KCCA.

The inspection comes after the recent floods in most parts of Kampala Metropolitan Area which left 7 people dead.
