Rubabo County Member of Parliament Hon Naboth Namanya has implored voters to avoid electing people who will remain silent in Parliament when services go wrong in their respective constituencies.
Hon Namanya who is contesting on the Peoples Front for Freedom to retain his position said this January 4th 2025 while campaigning at Kebisoni Town Council Playgrounds in Kebisoni Central Ward in Rukungiri District.
Hon Naboth Namanya who was accompanied by Hon Betty Bamukwasa Muzanira and all Peoples Front for Freedom flagbearers said that during the 4 years he has been in Parliament he is known as fierce debater whose presentations are geared at bringing development to Rubabo and Rukungiri at large.
The Legislator told the voters not to be intimidated by the ruling party and vote for him and others in opposition in order to have a voice that will transform Uganda.
Earlier in the day Naboth Namanya campained in Kakibaya and Mutojo Areas both located in Kebisoni Town Council where he was received by a multitude of people who agreed to keep him in Parliament for another term so that he can accomplish the projects he has already started.
Rubabo Constituency has attracted 9 candidates seeking to be elected and these include Mathias Rwabugumi of NRM, Alex Bob Rugonde, David Tushabomwe Ndindi, Earnest Katara and Andrew Nuwabine all who lost in NRM primaries and others include Ms Eunice Shabamagara a Democratic Party candidate and Allan Nabaasa Tiberondwa for FDC.
