NEWS- The Kabale district woman Member of Parliament Hon. Catherine Ndamira Atwakiire has boosted household income among the 27 women groups from Kabale Municipality with 5000 kuroiler birds.
Hon Catherine Ndamira was represented by the Kabale District Secretary for Finance, Administration, Works and Technical Services Bridget Asinga Tumwesigye.
Speaking to our reporter at Ndorwa Primary school in southern Division Kabale Municipality, Ndamira warned the beneficiaries against selling the kuroiler chicks which she lobbied from the National Animal Genetic Resources &Data Bank.
Some of the beneficiaries applauded the Kabale district woman MP for the donation saying it’s going to improve on their household income.
This was a continuation of kuroiler birds’ donation which she started 2 years back on 27th May 2022. Some of the beneficiaries who have already registered developments led by Eva Namara said that they have bought sofa sets from the legislator’s donation.
