He noted that Rushenyi is among counties in Ntungamo district that are marred with electoral violence and extremist activities that usually climax on voting days, but his approach would be non-violent and therefore expected his supporters to follow suit.

Mubangizi went on to say that the Rushenyi county electorate are bribed to vote and end up voting leaders with their peculiar interests thus leading to poor service delivery hence cautioning them and Ugandans at lag to desist from selling their votes urging them to keep demanding for better and improved service delivery, as the only reason for him engaging in Political activities.

He has cautioned his supporters against violence ahead of the 2025-2026 electoral campaigns adding that he is optimistic that if he is supported in 2026, he will always organize meetings per Sub County to know the demands of the electorate to present them on the floor of Ugandan Parliament.

He handpicked deteriorating areas that are not perfectly done like Education mostly in government schools that are lagging behind in government aided schools yet they have all it takes to fully equip students with quality education. He points out that Health is also a challenge that is pivotal to everything to begin with social and economic life among others.

Mubangizi added that all the challenges faced with people in Uganda are due to leaders who are looking after their families and wellbeing leaving the commoners who abetted them to achieve what they are.

The hopeful legislator added that leaders over staying in power have been also another encounter to development of Uganda at large.

“I think if leaders look into working on termly and leave for others to lead, at least two terms it can create impact and that force that whoever gets into power would work tirelessly to show the people that he or she has done something not to be reprimanded during his tenure of leadership” Mubanginzi said.

He noted that he will look for the market of their produce since Rushenyi does not have enough market and health water among others.

However on decentralization, Mubangizi said that it is part of the government where it is intends to bring services nearer to the people stressing that though it is done by the government, the responsible people are not utilizing the chance to serve their people instead they are using it to their own benefit hence denying people quality services.
