NEWS- The Rukungiri Muslim District Kadhi Sheik Abdulmalik Kayole Byaruhanga has urged Ugandans to always thank God for the gift of life and learn to give back to him in appreciation.
Kayole made these remarks while presiding over thanksgiving prayers for the family of Mr. Suwedi and Hadijah Byaruhanga, the owners of Kabwire Boys transporters, the function that was held in Kabwire cell, Western Division, Rukungiri municipality.
He added that many people have perished in accidents along Rukungiri-Kanungu road but God protected Hadijah and kept her alive.

According to Suwedi Byaruhanga, his wife got into a nasty accident which almost claimed her life but God gave her a second chance, a reason they organized a thanks giving to give glory back to God.
Hadijah Komujuni Byaruhanga who survived an accident in August last year was grateful to the creator for the protection stressing that she never knew that she would survive, given the state she was in.

While officiating at the function Sylivia Rutahigwa representing her husband and Rukungiri Municipality legislator Hon. Dr. Elisa Rutahigwa thanked Suwedi Byaruhanga for the care and love he showed to his wife when she got in an accident hence calling upon other Men to emulate the same especially such incidents. She asked people of Rukungiri Municipality to support Hon Dr. Rutahigwa again so that he continues with numerous developmental programs.

The function was attended by Hon Midius Natukunda Kaharata the Rukungiri district woman legislator who called upon Muslims to embrace Islamic banking and support their sacco which was recently opened if they want it to take a step in terms of development.
