NEWS- Ugandans have been commended for the splendiferous work done by the private sector towards the uplifting education standards in the country.
According to Guard Habarema who represented James Kazamarande as chief guest at a fundraising drive to a science laboratory at Pioneerland High School Kizinga in Ngoma sub county Rushenyi County; private schools have improved the education system.
Habarema requested the general public to always advocate and support private schools since they have contributed a lot for the development of communities. He contributed Ugx 500,000 towards the construction of a science laboratory.
The director of Pioneerland High School Kizinga Ngoma, Kellen Kyoheirwe called for support from parents, teachers and well-wishers as the only way to construct a science laboratory block to accelerate good performance in sciences.
Director Kyoheirwe highlighted the achievements of the school since its inception, including enrolment of students, classroom block, available computers, library, full time teachers, solar system, conducive environment among others amidst some challenges.
She urged parents to invest in the education of their children rather than sabotaging them to other ventures of business before completing their studies

The head teacher of Pioneerland High School Kizinga Ngoma Gadson Ariho thanked the government for allowing them to start, parents and well-wishers who endeavored to come towards the fundraising for the construction of the science laboratory block.

Over UGX 13M cash and pledges was raised and 44 bags of cement. Other speakers were the school DOS Joseph Nuwagaba Kayenje, PTA chairman Yosia Kashozi and the area LCI Eric Mazima.
Pioneerland High School Kizinga Ngoma is a secondary school located in Kakura II, Kiziinga parish, Rushenyi county-Ntungamo district it started in 20215, it starts from senior to senior six.
