NEWS- Rwenzori East Regional police in Kasese District are holding an 18 year old man suspected of stealing a cow in Kizungu cell, of Nyamwamba Division in Kasese Municipality.
The suspect has been identified as Edgar Bwambale a resident of the same area while others are on run.
SP Nelson Tumushime the Rwenzori East region police spokesperson confirmed the arrest in a press conference at his office today and reported that investigation into the matter has commenced.
He used the same platform to warn drivers to avoid overloading and speeding during the festive season as one way to avoid road accidents.
