GOGO Electric factory which fabricate world-class electric motorcycles and batteries with 600 Ugandans has become exceptional inspiration to Uganda’s innovation and industrialisation.
This was observed by Uganda’s entrepreneur and renowned farmer Morrison Rwakakamba on his maiden visit to GOGO Electric factory in Ntinda near Kampala.
GOGO Electric factory in Ntinda is already has already excelled in fabrication of motorcycles, battery charging and swaping stations, marketing, research and development while building on-job skilling and certification pathways which makes the future innovation real in Uganda.
Rwakakamba, a former Chairman of Uganda Investment Authority, noted that with Uganda’s lithium resources, President Yoweri Museveni’s renewed leadership with “time no sleep” slogan and the national 10X growth ambition, Uganda is destined to build the green industrial powerhouse of East Africa.
Rwakakamba said that the GOGO vision isn’t just about mobility but it’s about Ugandan pride, job creation, industrial innovation and prosperity at high scale.
