NEWS- The Director of Public Prosecution has today closed the Police file in the Criminal Case No. 746 of 2023 where Uganda vs Honest Natukwasa which has led the Chief Magistrate Court to close the case file in Natukwasa favor.
This is the case in which the complainant Dr Hamlet Mbabazi Kabushenga dragged Honest Natukwasa to Police accusing him of concealing the land titles of Great Lakes Regional University and CHIFCOD.
Kabushenga is reported to have willfully handed over the land titles of the two institutions to Natukwasa when he resigned as the Director of both Great Lakes Regional University and CHIFCOD but later turned around and claimed that Natukwasa had concealed them.
