President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has rallies digital media content creators in the Uganda to align their content flow to core matters of National interest and development for socioeconomic transformation.
The President said this today during an interaction with digital media content creators at Nakasero State Lodge in Kampala where he noted that the NRM government has successfully restored the core foundation of the National economy to thrive since 1986 through the 5 stages.
These include Minimum Economic Recovery, Expansion of the Economy, Diversification of the Economy, Value Addition and now to the Knowledge economy that supports technological advancements and digital operations on which digital content creators are anchored.
President Museveni guided digital content creators and media players to critically observe the trend of events globally and position Ugnada to its strategic advantage in their content because the foundation for their operations and other sectors has been laid firmly to foster further developments.
The President revealed strategies to further align schools syllabi to mindset change to foster both qualitative and quantitative population growth and noted that Uganda has ably grown its Balance of Payment to over US 2 billion Dollars through the vast productive sectors coffee, manufacturing, value addition to raw materials among others.
President Museveni explains the scale up of funding for Ghetto structures across the country from the current Ugx 1 billion release as he rallied the electorate to vote for leaders with ability to monitor and guide their population out of poverty and guided youths in Urban centers on the viable sectors for job opportunities.
The President explained plans to further tighten gaps in the education sector and retention of all learners in government schools and guided digital media content creators to amplify East Africa regional market and political Federation prospects for Africa’s survival.
Earlier in the morning President Museveni interacted with Bazzukulu in a session moderated by Natasha Museveni where he reminded them that while dancing, football and entertainment are important, young people must not lose sight of the basics, especially the regional market and the East African Federation. Development must come before pleasure.
The President also told them that what motivates him is love for himself as a Muhoororo of the Cow Clan, as a Ugandan and as an African.
He also added that he has love for people and future generations, because history teaches that the world is not kind to the weak amd that is why he has always worked to ensure Africans remain strong, independent and never return to slavery.
