Op-Ed- Many people after reading my article in the informer ug, on 16th April 2022, asked me to clarify on how possible it will be to eradicate unemployment, as a servant of people will take this opportunity to give you some confidence and to help you to understand the genius economic system how it will be implemented.
(1) We shall use education to combat poverty. Education is the key to fight poverty in developing country like ours, we shall invest in primary and vocational education to improve the educational environment and strengthen agriculture. Educated populace will largely help to spurring Uganda into technology booming, and economic development, Uganda will adapt quickly an export orientated economic strategy to fuel our economy.
(2) Policies incentivizing investment in innovation, to fight unemployment we will encourage innovations and build a strong business environment to enable growth in the domestic market and attract foreign investors. Improvement in the business environment is another aspect.
(3) Food security, sustainable agriculture, even today one billion people all over the world go sleep hungry, in order to eradicate unemployment I will Prioritize agriculture and many young people will join agriculture in order to make Uganda a world food basket, because the vacuum is there and we shall fix the gaps.
(4) Putting national interest first. Estimating the impact of various policy, alternatives on Uganda’s competitive position in world economy this must be one of our habits of behavior, expect of any Ugandan to start ask the question of what is good for Uganda rather than what is good for me, if Uganda trusts me with their votes 2026 and vote as a president am very sure and clear that Uganda will rise the ability and take advantage of African financial upheaval, quickly we shall grasp the opportunity and establish Uganda as a regional Centre for foreign exchange and my government will provide incentives and preferential treatment to cultivates an African dollar market.
This initiative will provide instrumental in helping Uganda to develop a solid financial Centre and lead the regional and if we take competitiveness seriously and we make it habit, this will be considered thoroughly and we shall propose policy to impact on productivity of Uganda industry on Uganda’s competitive strength in world market, if we implement this. Our (PPP) purchasing power parity will exponentially grow.
Our (GDP) Growth domestic product will thrive, our (NDP) net domestic product will grow, our (GNI) growth national income per capita will be in great position, Uganda should vote smart people with great planning because by 2050 Ugandans will be (100M) Hundred million people.
Much as the population will grow but my strategy will still work and eliminate unemployment and poverty in Uganda. I salute you my fellow citizens my God bless you abundantly and exceedingly and God bless Uganda.
