FDC Katonga faction

NEWS- The FDC Katonga faction has given the Electoral Commission a one-week deadline to provide them with registration forms for a political party or face legal action.

This was revealed by the faction’s interim president Erias Lukwago during the new week press conference held at their headquarters in Katonga.

Lukwago argues that the law guarantees access to these forms and therefore the electoral commission is breaking the law.

It should be noted that the Lukwago group’s attempt to register the new political vehicle People’s Front for Freedom (PFF) was rejected due to similarities with existing party colors and acronyms.

Lukwago claims the Electoral Commission is intentionally obstructing their efforts to reorganize and challenge their rivals.
